The 4th edition of PhilEnergy Expo will once again unite energy leaders in a concerted effort to advance the clean energy revolution towards a sustainable and net-zero future. The goal is to encourage the creation of innovative renewable solutions that will transform the industry.

Nikki Bernardo brings with her a demonstrated history of driving growth and forging strategic partnerships in the water and energy industry. As the Business Development Manager of GHD, she identifies and seizes opportunities to advance sustainable water and wastewater solutions and renewable energy.

Her extensive experience spans water projects of various scope and size across both public and private sectors. Her expertise lies in key account management, project management, and market analysis, ensuring successful outcomes and deep relationships with key stakeholders.

A licensed Mechanical Engineer with a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, Nikki combines technical proficiency with business acumen, making her a formidable force in the industry.

Partner | Quisumbing Torres

Dennis Quintero heads the Energy, Mining & Infrastructure Industry Group of Quisumbing Torres, a member firm of Baker & McKenzie International. He is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Transactional Practice Group and the Financial Institutions Industry Group, and is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Dennis is the chairman of the Philippines-Australia Business Council and head of the membership committee of the Philippine Mineral Reporting Code Committee (the equivalent in the Philippines of the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of Australia).

Dennis has been in the A-List of the Top 100 lawyers in the Philippines since its inaugural year in 2018 and is widely recognized by leading legal directories including IFLR 1000, Chambers Global and Asia Pacific, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, asialaw Leading Lawyers, and Lexology. His recognitions span M&A, Project Finance, and Energy and Infrastructure, with recent distinctions including the LegalOne Stellar Accolade – Southeast Asia in 2024 and Lexology Index Mining 2025.

Irene Maxine A. Imperial

Topic: Large-Scale Hybridization: Integrating BESS into Multi-Megawatt RE Portfolios
Focus: Deploying multi-gigawatt utility pipelines (solar, wind, and storage hybrids) to achieve grid stabilization and peak-shaving efficiencies

Irene is a graduate of Public Administration from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and holds a Graduate Diploma in Energy and the Environment from an Australian institution.

Over the past eight years, she has honed her skills and expertise in the energy sector, contributing to projects that focus on sustainable energy solutions and environmental impact.

Her background in public administration, combined with her specialized education in energy and the environment, has equipped her with a unique perspective on the intersection of policy, technology, and sustainability.

She is passionate about driving positive change within the energy industry and is committed to contributing to more sustainable and efficient energy practices.

Throughout her career, she has gained a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector, and she strives to collaborate with diverse teams to create innovative solutions for the future of energy.

Tristan Yuswak
Business Development Professional | Ampd Energy
Topic: Electrifying the Industrial Worksite: Battery Storage Solutions
Focus: Replacing diesel generators with high-density BESS to build emission-free, resilient industrial microgrids.

Tristan Yuswak is a Business Development professional with extensive experience in the construction, mining and marine sectors, specialising in power generation and pumping systems.

He brings a practical, hands-on approach to energy and dewatering solutions, with a passion for visiting mine sites and exploring real-world applications. Previously serving as Business Development Manager at ATCO and UON, Tristan excels at delivering reliable power and water management projects in remote and challenging environments. He is currently driving business development for Ampd Energy.


Atty. Christer A. Gaudiano
Head of Sustainability, Communications, and External Affairs | Meralco PowerGen Corporation (MGEN)
Topic: The Terra Solar Blueprint: Scaling Renewable Baseload

Christer Gaudiano has built a career at the intersection of law, government, and sustainability. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Management and Juris Doctor from the University of Santo Tomas. His professional journey began at Divina Law before moving into government roles at the Office of the Solicitor General and the Department of Tourism (DOT). At the DOT, he advanced from a Legal, Policy, and Technical Officer to Regional Director for Metro Manila, which include representing the department in international air negotiations, and at the same time acting as Head Executive Assistant & Deputy Chief of Staff for the Tourism Secretary.

After his government service, Christer transitioned to private practice as In-House Counsel for a general aviation company, where he honed his expertise in aviation policy and regulations. He joined Cemex Philippines in 2018, initially as Legal Manager, and took on issues involving labor, procurement, contracts, and government affairs. He later became Public Affairs Director and then took on additional responsibilities in Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Communications, and Sustainability, leading the company’s ambitious decarbonization strategy, Future in Action. While in Cemex, he helped established Regenera, the circularity solutions unit of Cemex, partnering with private companies and local governments in waste and energy resource management.

Currently, he serves as Vice President and Head of Sustainability, Communications, and External Affairs at Meralco PowerGen (MGEN), where he plays a key role in the company’s energy transition efforts, including the development of MTerra Solar, the world’s largest integrated solar and battery energy facility. Christer is also pursuing a Master of Laws at Ateneo Law School, further enhancing his legal expertise in sustainability and corporate governance.


Michelle Luistro
Sales Lead | Autodesk Philippines
Topic: The Digital Thread: Optimizing Lifecycle Efficiency in Renewable Energy

Michelle Luistro is the Forma Industry Sales Lead for Autodesk Philippines, with over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, strategic partnerships, and digital transformation in the Philippine market. She has held roles in global technology companies including Autodesk, Honeywell, and Ericsson, supporting organizations across infrastructure, construction, telecommunications, and energy in driving innovation and operational excellence. Michelle advocates for the digital transformation of the built environment and stronger collaboration among industry, government, and technology stakeholders to help shape the future of Philippine infrastructure development.

Patricia Tirados
Director of Business Development–Energy | GHD
Topic: Future-Ready Design: Scaling Resilient Infrastructure

Patricia Tirados is the Director of Business Development for Energy at GHD, where she leads the firm’s energy business in the Philippines and catalyzes cross-sector growth across energy, water, environment, transport, resources, and built assets. She holds a key role in strategic growth of Asia and APAC region, and in global key client leadership.

With nearly 20 years, Patricia has navigated the energy value chain — from resource development to end-use — partnering with leading energy companies as well as local and international companies across diverse industries. Her leadership spans client and market development, regulatory, and technical, commercial, and digital domains — integrating disciplines to transform energy ambition into sustainable outcomes.

She also serves as Energy and Power Committee Co-Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines and Board Trustee of the Philippine Hydro Association, shaping policies, strengthening industry collaboration, and advancing energy and economic growth.
