The warehouse complex for FAST Logistics Group includes five ambient warehouses and ancillary structures.

Aboitiz Construction has completed a modern warehouse complex for FAST Logistics Group in Brgy. Tayud, Consolacion, Cebu, further cementing its position as a leading player in the construction of logistics infrastructure. Delivered in under a year, the project spans a total construction floor area of 17,315 sqm. and is designed to meet the growing demands of the logistics industry.

The facility includes five ambient warehouses and ancillary structures, constructed in two phases. Aboitiz Construction employed advanced construction techniques, such as Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel materials and a steel formwork system, ensuring both durability and efficiency. These methods underscore the company’s commitment to delivering innovative and cost-effective construction solutions.

The project generated employment for approximately 300 workers, 80 percent of whom were locally sourced from Cebu, contributing to regional economic growth and community development. Additionally, the project achieved a significant milestone of over 800,000 safe man-hours, a testament to Aboitiz Construction’s adherence to rigorous safety and quality standards.

Developed in partnership with property developer MVC Development Corporation and project management consultant Hearn & Hearn Consulting, the warehouse complex is a key component of FAST Logistics Group’s strategic expansion.
