Aboitiz Construction starts Taiheiyo plant

The development is expected to help Taiheiyo Cement achieve its goal of producing high-quality cement to support infrastructure projects across the region.
Aboitiz Construction is developing the site for Taiheiyo Cement’s new plant in Calaca, Batangas.
The company said the project, awarded by Shimizu Philippine Contractors Inc., involves critical site preparation, including earthworks, backfilling and constructing a retaining wall to lay a solid foundation for the cement production facility.
The development is expected to help Taiheiyo Cement achieve its goal of producing high-quality cement to support infrastructure projects across the region.
