Patricia Bunye is a Senior Partner and the Deputy Managing Partner for Administration of Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia.

She heads its Mining and Natural Resources Department and the Energy practice group. She is also a Partner in the Intellectual Property Department

She is a Past President of the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI) [2016-2017], the first Filipino and Southeast Asian to hold the position. She is also founding President of Diwata-Women in Resource Development, Inc., a non-government organization that advocates responsible development of the Philippines’ wealth in resources.

She is an active member of the Chamber of Mines of the Philippines’ Legal Committee and is a columnist in Philippine Resources Journal.

She is in the 2019 and 2018 lists of The Philippines’ Top 100 Lawyers and has been cited by various international law research publications such as Chambers, Legal 500, Asia Law, among many others.
